					<description>Great review that prompted me to download the pdf and read through.  

I can understand why many traditional marketers are still skeptical about WOM.  Even though the concepts behind WOM are well proven over ages, it is fairly new as a well organized marketing approach.  Calling it a con job is nothing but resistance to adoption.</description>
