I think in order to be self-employed, we all have to have some sort of self-discipline, but sometimes, it's easy to get lost in the minutia, and get off-track. So finding someone to hold you accountable...I think that's a good thing. This group, starting this week, has listed their individual goals together on a public Google calendar so everyone in the group as well as anyone else can follow along on our progress. We also have started a thread on About.com's Graphic Design forum to help us support each other in accomplishing the goals that we have set out to achieve.
