					<description>Keeping the channels open is a great idea. You are right on when you talk about triggers. However, when hot buttons are pushed, it is so automatic that even the most self-aware of us are caught off guard. 

The real work has to be done off-line so to speak. You have to trace the origins of the hot buttons back to the original trigger when you are in a calm and open place. An irate mood deprives you of intelligence and perspective.
