Please extend a warm welcome to Tamar Wallace, author of Out of the Bedroom.
Those of you familiar with the NO!SPEC campaign and the about.com forums will not need an introduction to Tamar.
For those in need of a brief intro, Tamar is a cheeky young designer who recently moved from Austin to Boston, starting her business anew. She’s gone from a comfy client base in Texas, to cutting costs by working out of her bedroom in Massachusetts. Yup, Tamar is now juggling clients with childcare duties and household management, perched on top of her granny’s eiderdown.
In Out of the Bedroom, starting this coming Monday Tamar will share her voyage from the bedroom to the boardroom (or close enough). Enjoy!
