					<description>Kelvin - there are very few 'absolutelys' in business. My point is that 'the instant characteristics of electronic system' should not mean that we try to answer all e-mails instantly. 

Some high priority clients and contacts do require a swift response - but unless answering e-mails is your main occupation I suggest that these should be the exception rather than the rule.</description>
